About these terms

This website is operated by Gayathri Saree Studio, P.No. 91/, 8, ESPI Rd, adjacent to Green Hills Colony, Shobana Nagar, Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500007, India. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping, Cancellation & refund and Privacy policies.

Our sarees

We describe and photograph every saree as accurately as we can. Handwoven sarees have natural variations, and colours can look slightly different on screen.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Shipping charges and any coupon discount are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using cards, UPI and the other methods it offers. We never receive or store your card or bank details.

If a saree is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount you paid.

Orders

Your order is confirmed only after your payment has been verified, and we email you a confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order if the saree is no longer available or we suspect fraudulent activity. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount.

Coupons

Coupons can only be used within their stated conditions, such as validity dates, minimum order value, usage limits and eligible sarees. One coupon can be applied per order, and coupons can't be exchanged for cash.

Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. All sales are final and are covered by our Cancellation & refund policy.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

Content on this website

The photographs, text, logo and designs on this website belong to Gayathri Saree Studio. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
